Al-Hokair Institute Signs Agreement with Al- Faisaliah to Train 60 Young Saudis in the Field of Hospitality

The Abdul Mohsen Al- Hokair High Institute for Hospitality has signed a partnership agreement with Al- Faisaliah Hotel and Al-Khozama, to train 60 young Saudis in the field of tourism and hospitality, which includes recruitment upon graduation. 

 

The agreement was signed at the Institute's headquarters in Riyadh in the presence of Shukri Mansour, Regional Director for Training and Development Group, Al-Hokair Tourism and Development and Mohammed Al-Saheel, Hiring Manager at the Institute, Bandar Al-Mohawes, Human Resources Manager at Al- Faisaliah Hotel and Al-Khozama and Amr Hussein, Skills Development Manager at the hotel. 

 

Mansour explained that this agreement is just the beginning of several ongoing partnership agreements between the Al-Hokair Institute and Al- Faisaliah Hotel and Al-Khozama for the purpose of training and qualifying young Saudis to work in the field of tourism and hospitality. He also called on young job seekers to benefit from this agreement in helping them enter the labor market and gain creativity in the field of hospitality and tourism. 

 

For his part, Al-Mohawes said the agreement aims to rehabilitate young Saudis to work in international hotel chains, such as Al- Faisaliah Hotel and Al-Khozama, which is one of the leading hotels in the Riyadh region. 

 

He added that the objective of this agreement is to allow Saudi cadres to run hotels, based on their training and qualifications, both scientifically and practically obtained through the institute, which always provides quality training in each section of the field of hospitality.
