Eng. Mohammed bin Khaled Al Duraibi holds, a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from King Saud University, a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and a specialized certificate in Real Estate Development and Design from Harvard University.

He has held a number of executive and leadership positions, most notably as Founder and Managing Director of Oud Real Estate, Founding Chief Executive Officer of Boutique Group, a company of the Public Investment Fund, Chief Executive Officer of Da’em Real Estate Investment Company, Vice President of Projects at the same company, and Design Manager at Taiba Investment Company.

He also has experience serving on boards of directors and specialized committees, including as a Board Member and Chairman of the Nomination Committee of Waha Development and Development Company, a Board Member of Saden Facilities Management Company, and a member of the Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA). He also serves on the boards of a number of Oud investment funds and has previously served on the Real Estate Committee of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and the National Real Estate Committee of the Federation of Saudi Chambers.
