Referring to Ministry of Municipality and Rural Affairs Announcement of the suspension of Entertainment activities and centers inside and outside of the shopping centers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia effective Sunday 15th of March 2020 until further notice precautionary action to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in order to preserve the health of citizens and residents of Saudi Arabia, AbdulMohsen Al Hokair group for tourism and development announces to its valued shareholders that all its family entertainment centers in Saudi Arabia have been closed effective Sunday 15 March 2020 until further notice.
The company is in the process of evaluating the financial impact of the closure of its Centers. Any further developments will be announced immediately.
